Title
Landlord to Tenants: Cold Potatoes
Subject
Southside News article about tenant struggling with gas and other utilities.
Description
Trasso lives in 4-room apartment and pays $85 rent out of her social security check. The landlord shuts off all gas in the apartment since he can't afford utilities due to the amount of rent he gets from the building. Landlord is in the process of individualizing utilities (a process slowed down. by high demand around the city). Tenants are worried about the energy crisis in winter; individualizing utilities can not be affordable for all tenants.
