RENT Charges Harassment, Neighbors Complain About Rats

Tenants have called in to complain about the issues that they have been having with organizers and even the Mayor at the time Kat Daveau, a tenant on Park Terrace, claims that she has been receiving voice calls that were harassing her to move out of her apartment.
